A FREE EVENT FOR ALL PBC MEMBERS TO ENJOY! About the Moraine Fondo+ Our Moraine Fondo+ offers riders 4 options or more. The PLUS part gives the riders the choice to add on miles and visit McConnells Mill and/or enjoy the scenic paved trail that travels along Lake Arthur. The GRAN, MEDIO and BAMBINO routes will have ride leaders for each group. The PISTA route will not have a ride leader since it is on a paved trail and is an out-and-back route. Participants are encouraged to bring a lawn chair and a picnic lunch in their cooler so they can eat lunch following their rides and spent time off the bike with other members of the club. There are restrooms available for changing clothes and freshening up. About the GRAN Route The GRAN route offers riders a more challenging route of 52 miles and will have a rest stop at the Grove City Outlets before detouring to see the Hunter's Run Waterfalls (aka Springfield Falls). Riders will have the option to cut this ride short when passing the starting location and completing only the MEDIO route option of 43 miles. The GRAN and MEDIO routes follow exactly the same route before the GRAN riders continue onward to McConnells Mill Riders also have to option to ride the PISTA route which is on the paved bike trail and offers scenic views along Lake Arthur.
