2020 Auction - Our BIG Annual Fundraiser



 

This auction will be similar to an in-person auction with the purchase of tickets to enter for the baskets of your choosing. This year, you will be purchasing your "tickets" by selecting each of the items you are interested in, selecting the number of tickets to purchase in this event page. Tickets can be purchased between Friday Nov. 27 at 3:00 pm and Friday, Dec. 4 at 3:00 pm. Baskets are subject to change until Nov. 27, so be sure to check back here for updates.

Every ticket purchased on this page will be assigned a random number. Winners will be drawn during the annual meeting. You do not need to be present to win, but we do encourage you to join in on the fun!

This year's Annual Auction Gift Basket images and Item Number are shown below. See the numbered Activities/Items section at the bottom of this page for a detailed description of each item and to make your ticket purchase.

WINNER ANNOUNCEMENTS

Winners will be announced by email and posted on this site after the annual meeting on Dec. 5.


Basket Pick-Up: Baskets will be available for pick up at Pro Bike + Run, North Park location on
Sunday, December 6 between 2 and 4 pm.

Auction Instructions:

BUY AS MANY TICKETS AS YOU LIKE FOR EACH ITEM!

If you decide you want to buy more tickets, come back anytime while the auction is open and buy more.

To Purchase Tickets:

Place a checkmark into the box for the item you desire to buy tickets for. Then, set your quantity of tickets for each item. Each ticket is $1.00. Your total ticket cost will tally at the bottom of the selection list and you can process your payment by following the prompts.

Leave a box Unchecked if you do not want to purchase tickets for that item.

Maximum Ticket Purchase Quantity for EACH Item: Up to 99 tickets per item.
